I know it would never happen, however as a Cowboys fan, I would love to see Jerry Ship Romo to Denver straight up for Cutler.
Right now, as a Cowboys fan, I could be happy with that.

Now if only there was a way to ship Jerry somewhere. Perhaps a stealth mission invovling some sedatives and a large packing crate addressed to China...

I love Jerry's desire to win, but he just isn't as football smart as he thinks he is. I don't know if we will ever win another championship until he gives up control. He just needs to live with the fact that he couldn't do it without Jimmy, and bring someone in as a HC/GM type.

Jason Garrett needs to go too. In a perfect world, Wade will swallow his pride and take a step back and accept the DC job. I love what he has done with our defense, but he just isn't head coach material.
Couldn't agree more.

what is the asking price?

Are they floating him out there on an offer sheet?

are they wanting 1st and 3rd?
They haven't said what they want yet, just that they'll be looking around to various teams.

I can't say I blame Cutler. I know there's no loyalty from teams down the road when players age, but when there's no loyalty 3 years into your solid career, it's time to find another team.

I agree....this is all Josh "I came from the Belichick system so my $%^& don't stink" McDaniels' fault. Cutler is going to go on to have an amazing career.....and McDaniels is going to fail like the rest of Belichick's understudies.

i was thinking the same thing, they are not going to get both of them thats just stupid, me personally i would love to see the vikings get him, that team would be SCARY with him, imagine how many yards AP will get without a stacked defense for the run

I like your thinking. ;) I doubt it will happen, but I can dream.

a 1st and a 2nd seems like more then enough to get the deal done I think.......the Broncos could draft a QB next year.....hell....McDaniels has already set them back......why not draft everything else you need with the picks you get from the Cutler trade and ride Simms out until next Draft.....McDaniels is an idiot!

Hardest position to find in the NFL....QB.....hell some teams wait 20 years to find the next one

Really have to question McDaniels if he thinks he can replace Cutler that easily, i know nothing about him but seems he's digging himself a big hole for being a first time coach, seems a little cocky and arrogant

On top of the fact a QB is the last thing Denver needed to worry about, they may be falling back down the hill

Maybe he didn't get enough "humble pie" in New England...man I hate that phrase. Really I hate most things that come out of the Patriots, but this especially.

When Cassel was on the block, he thought he had an easy way to dump Cutler and fill the hole. Now it's going to be fun to see if McDaniels just shot himself in the foot or put one in the Broncos' head.

both.....he's gonna spend the rest of his time as the Denver head coach trying to fix this mistake......don't think he'll ever replace Cutler talent wise unless he lucks out in a draft.

All those people with pie in the sky dreams of him going to the Vikings...

It was reported on CNNSI about a week or two back that even before the three way trade with the Chiefs, that it was the Vikes that had the deal worked out. Cutler to the Vikes, Cassell to the Broncos, Picks to the Pats. Deal was done and the Vikes backed out because some of their management had questions about Cutler.

Also, the report now is that the Vikes are not players in the Cutler sweepstakes as they are happy with the QBs they have.

This is why I, a die-hard Minnesota fan, am not a Vikings fan. They always have the worst coaches in the league and make the worst decisions. They could have had Cutler back in the draft and they balked at him them and they balked at him again... in lieu of Tavaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels, which don't have a QB between them.

I am a firm believer that, knowing the the AP and Randy Moss picks worked out great, that if they could, they would go back in time and not draft them.
