Cookson said he has been asked to move the case to the Judge Mathis Show on TV, but Carmona and his representatives would have to agree as well.
If so, the show would most likely pay for the outcome..

I hate judge shows with a passion, but I would watch.

It's going to be an interesting case to follow. Falseto will win, but still...

yep, it falls under the $5k maximum award. not sure if fausto, ummm, YAFRH would show up because compared to his salary, what is a grand or so for his appearance? One lap dance, maybe????

still slapping myself for talking in this thread like it was a real court case when this is indeed small claims as was pointed out a post or two ahead of this one. Judge Mathis, Judy, etc. all pull their cases from small claims courts.

i'd rather have it on judge judy - watch her tear apart one or both of them for their stupidity.
