You know what, eBay and Topps clearly don't care and that's what bothers me.

The guy is a clown who has taken great steps to kill the entire "buyback" idea. He's a total sleeze, and sadly he isn't the only one in this hobby.

I agree... I my opinion the buyback idea is great, but I would not touch a single "buyback" unless I pulled it from pack myself

That's all they need to do. Just emboss it like Donruss did. Such a simple fix. People say Topps doesn't care, but I can't imagine they don't. They know no one will buy their stuff if they don't sustain collectibility for the long haul.
