Not quite sure, he pulled something or something popped out of place when swinging. He finished the at bat, though still looked to be in pain, and they have now taken him out of the game. Announcers don't know what it is yet, just said they hope he isn't out too long.

It's an aggravated left shoulder. Doesn't seem to be too bad thank goodness, but you never know.
