Man, I never understood Garrard's appeal or why they gave him that HUGE contract, but this is still bizarre. Considering the timing and lack of quality at back-up, there MUST be something else behind it that we don't know about yet, maybe an Upcoming suspension? :?

trust me no free agent running to Jacksonville. It was $$ move but only to save the team money from expected low ticket sales.

We will see in the coming weeks what was behind this move. They did Lefty like this and now Garrard. Kinda shady IMO and I am a fan of the team. I say they shoulda gave him a paycut or asked him to take one and kept him for this year if anything.
