I get so nervous every time I watch Price pitch. I could understand if the Rays weren't in a playoff race, but he is such a big liability every 5th day right now. He still needs to work on things, and in the middle of a playoff race is not the place to do it.

In other news, Ben Zobrist continues to rake :D

Tommy Hanson will be better than him in his career. Price is mirroring Kazmir in great stuff but doesn't know where it's going.

I think in the long run Price will be a fine Major League pitcher, he just isn't ready for it yet. If the Rays weren't in the playoff race, I wouldn't care that he was in there, but this just isn't the situation where he should be learning on the fly.

Rays are doing him no favors putting him in that spot. Send him to Montgomery until he refines his changeup and then send to the Arizona Fall League to work on control. If not, your wasting 1 year on development because on the job training isn't working .....

Well it was a little bit considering he spotted them two runners before recording an out! He did recover nicely though.

Here we go again...

The Jays are just sitting on, and feasting upon, his fastball. Fun to watch for me, but I'm not sure if Price belongs in a major league rotation right now.
