Well yeah, but the logo is off, and it's not diamondbacks, it's diamondbackers

The backers were / maybe are a fan/loyalty group the DBacks organized. Members probably had access to that pin. The logo was the "groups" special logo I think.

Interesting, I've never heard of that - tried researching a little but couldn't find anything, so I doubt they're around anymore.
