I have over 45 rings, yet I don't have the set. Is there something you need to do to get it?

Also, I went to checkout and everything is free but they want to charge me $2.75 for Delivery Confirmation (huh?).

You need to have 45 unique rings to get the set. Doubles don't count.

It says $2.75 in the break down, but the total says $0.00 at the end.

Exactly what happened with me. So I just assumed it was cause the Die Cut was a Prize Card. Hopefully I wont get a bill from topps now. Let face it, theyve been goofing up alot since theyve become a monopoly. Bout time one goes our way.

If it requires any charge at all you have to enter your credit card information. With free shipments, you get the order confirmation right away. So - if you had to enter credit card information (not billing address, mind you) - then you are getting charged for something.

You may have a black diamond and not realize it. Black diamonds = free shipment.[/quote:1yx4266j]

I dont think its a black diamond. I saw the difference between the two.
Would sure love to be wrong about that :P
In any event, the shipping options were locked on DC+insurance, yet the total was zero and it didnt ask for my cc. fingers crossed
regards

Did you get over 45 by trading?

I had the same issue. I had 47 total rings, but I only had like 42 unique. I ended up trading to get the last 3 unique I needed, and it didn't give me the prize set. I had to enter a code and do a dig in order for it to recognize that I had over 45 unique.

I traded to get over 45 unique rings. I have about 90 rings and at the time only 35 of them were unique. As soon as I traded for the ones I needed and reached 45 I got the set. So not why it works differently for other people.

Their software isn't the greatest so I'm not surprised by the last of consistency. If you read back on the thread reporting problems with the site you can see where I asked DINABS (sp?) about the same exact issue. It resolved itself once I (a) had 45 unique rings via trading (b) THEN added another code and got a unique ring via a code. I don't think I got it until I had like 48 uniques, and the popup even said "Congrats on 48 Rings" (or something to that effect). It doesn't always register the 45 crossover.

I signed in to my account today, and to my great surprise and delight someone had accepted my trade offer of a 1972 Jim Fregosi for another DDC49 Ike Davis.
I immediately requested delivery and this time I WAS charged for it. ($2.92 i think it was)
So I called up customer service to ask if everything was ok with the first order as I hadnt been charged for that one.
According to her,
the first Ike IS a Black Diamond DDC and thats why i didnt get charged.
 8-) :o :D :) :!:
Looks like you were right. Yippee!
