I am really looking forward to getting to know all of you guys better than "before" the past is the past and I would like to keep it in the past. But for the most part, the ribbing you get is all in good fun and it adds to the entertainment factor of the board. And when they do that, I think you see your errors and remember them better. What's you've got to remember is not to over-react to anyone and give them more fuel.

You've made some pretty bold statements prospect-wise. That is the number one way to ruffle feathers around here, so I'd tread lightly there especially if you're just commenting based on your gut.

Its one thing to say you are going to change, it is another thing to actually change.

If you legitimately do change, you will earn respect. The more respect you earn the more people that like you.

Personally, I am beginning to like you. Key work beginning . It takes balls to apologize to the entire board. This is the first step of the long "gaining respect" process.
