Not sure if this was posted before, but Dee Gordon autos are being shipped out by Panini. Hopefully the Pedro Baez's will follow soon.

Just received my first one and confirmed on the second one. The one I received will have to take a trip to BGS. It is Gemmy looking.

I just received mine today too.

Can you tell me if you have a hairline going through the right top of the baseball?

is it SP'd?

if i remember correct most are no more than /499 but as a redemption I would say no more than /299.

pretty sure, 99.9% there are more than 499 of these.

Doubt that bro. Consider how many/few of the redemptions even came up for auction and we should know. These are not as prevelant as say Gordon Beckham. I think that DLP announced that there would be none of the auto's above /499 if I am not mistaken. Considering that only about 40-50% of redemptions are pulled and redeemed it will make Dee's Contenders SP'd simply becaus eof that.

Let's start a tracker. I have 2.

See, it was a redemption because they couldn't get him to sign.

When they first came out I remember having to sift through WALLS of auctions/BIN of the redepmtion to find the short prints. Only 1-50 in the set were produced to /299 or less unless it was on the SP list the same number was produced of say Alex Buchholz as there was Devaris gordon. I remember not knowning who he was and see 20+ listed at one time of Gordon that is how I knew he wasn't a SP.....as people found out who he was they dried up quickly.

Now, if you tell me 1000 were produced and 100 were redeemed that is a different story, but this was not meant to be a short print from Donruss at the time.

Still searching for rookie ticket info.

Donruss/Playoff released the short-print list for 2008 Contenders Baseball Rookie Ticket autographs and this week the company confirms there are short prints among the Contenders Season Ticket Autographs, which are autographed parallels of base cards #'s 1-50. Donruss/Playoff reports that no Season Ticket autograph is produced in a quantity greater than 299.

I received all my Contenders Gordon autos today. Very pleased with these. I believe Pedro Baez didn't sign. My redemptions were replaced with other autos by Panini. Who knows...

would I be silly to turn down 68 dlvd for mine?

You would be insane not to take that.

Juan Pierre #2

BTW, love how you say it's not an SP in this thread, yet your auction says SP. haha

I don't think it is......Rev convinced me it is though.

I guess the no-brainer came to fruition when I just hit a BIN for 36 DLVD and sold mine for $68 DLVD

Had to remove the competition 8-)

My Dee Gordon was supposedly shipped on 8/16, but I have not received it yet. I did, however, receive the Pedro Baez today - very nice looking card/auto - will get a scan up shortly.
