theres plenty of ungraded ones that I've seen that looked like this and they sell for only 60-85.

It's MINT.....what else can you ask for! I agree with the above post that a charge back will be in the near future.

In addition to the "Mint" in the title, he adds this in the description:

I WOULD SAY IT IS OVERALL IN NEAR MINT TO GEM MINT CONDITION.

Plus this is the answer to the question asked by a buyer:

A: i seriously think without malice that this card will get a bgs grade of 9.5 or above this card is so clean and mint it will be a steal for whoever gets it and grades it..

All of that is way too much to claim for an un-graded card. Never claim a specific grade or else a charge back is in your future.

Even if you were to bust out a 9, and sell it claiming to be a guaranteed 9, there's no telling what the grader that day will give it.

People will always pay stronger for Jeter SPs that are clean and advertised as mint. Not sure if there is a huge bump in those prices, as the EXMT to NRMT copies are still bringing about $40-$50, which has been the going rate for a few months.
