Devils-Pens Thread- Devils look to go 9-0 on the road

The Devils will look to pull within 1 win of the all-time record of consecutive road wins to start off a season. This will be the toughest game out of the 3 more wins they need. Hopefully they can win tonight against a tough team to pull within that one and take over sole possession of 1st place in the Atlantic to give them some sort of confidence. At the beginning of the year I was really worried about my Devils but now they are showing that even with the loss of Madden, Gionta, and even Scotty Clemmenson, that they did not need replacements. Danis, Bergfors, and Clarkston have really stepped up basically replacing those guys from the far end of the bench. Zajac has had a great season so far, and the defense is living up to the expectations that they had with Lemaire being a defensive style coach
