Yea, heard Tom and Jeff talkin about Mesoraco on the 1st. They said Dusty won't play him for a while so he can get acclimated with all the pitchers. They went on to talk about how Mesoraco has worked with all but 1 of the pitcher's this year in AAA or in ST. Good call Dusty.

I was sick of "Toothpick" the day they hired him & he's done nothing to change my opinion. This season has been an epic fail. September is now Vet-tember with the likes of Cairo, Fred Lewis (thank goodness he's finally gone) & Edgar Dia-Renteria getting starts that the young guys should be getting. Oh well.....

He's making his debut on Monday against the Cubs.

I went to the game today in Chicago. Everything lined up and my dad and I had to go! It was labor day, the weather was awesome, neither of us have been to Wrigley, it was my dad's birthday, AND Mesoraco's first start.

Now if only the game had gone better ::facepalm::
