I didn't run anything, I just saw a screencapture on another site. Texas has played Ok State. TCU has played Clemson, BYU, and Utah.

the #26th and #29th team in the nation?
TCU played a few legit teams, they beat Clemson by 4 and squeaked by Air Force, those teams are NOT
comparable to teams in the SEC or Big 12. I don't think a team that beats 2 ranked teams and 8 cupcakes
should be considered for the national title game, but then again USC has been doing it for years and yes
minus the championship game, which has kept ALOT of good teams out of it. We all know a loss at the
beginning of the year counts FAR less than a loss at the end.
Remember how great Va Tech and Miami used to be in that pathetic conf they were in? Now they join the
ACC and suddenly its a different story. Sure each team plays decent teams and each team plays cupcakes
but its the middle of the pack teams where the difference is huge.
plus we all know its about money and no one wants to see Cincy or TCU in the NT game. That ain't going to
make money!

They played a played a tougher schedule than Florida and a slightly easier schedule than Alabama so what would lead you to believe they would be dominated in the SEC?

Dude...I keep up with TCU and they are reported on quite heavily here. There is no way in hell they played a tougher schedule than Florida or Alabama.Go ahead...post up a list of teams TCU played this year(I already know who they played) and lets match them.None of the teams TCU plays(for the most part save one or two) can even compete with the recruiting of the other schools.By that reason alone...the SEC and the Big 12 are freaking loaded with talent. The MWC is not.Never has and never will be.TCU has a great team but I am tired of people acting like these lower tier conferences are way better than the big boys. Its why I really do wish they had a playoff system in place. But please don't try to compare the schedule of TCU to Florida or Alabama.

Ha.
Okay. Here are the teams that are worth a damn that TCU has had to play.
Clemson
SMU
Air Force
BYU
Utah
Here are the teams that are decent that Alabama has to play.
Virginia Tech
Arkansas
Kentucky
Ole Miss
So. Carolina
LSU
Auburn
Florida
Here are the teams that are decent that Florida has to play.
Kentucky
LSU
Arkansas
Georgia
So. Carolina
Florida St.
Alabama
Now I see 8 good teams that Bama has to play and seven good ones the Gators have to play.I see 5 good ones TCU has to play. And that's if you can call schools like SMU and Air Force a good football school.I was going strictly by wins and losses of the opponents they are playing. If you want to believe that TCU had some tough schedule to go against...its fine and its your opinion. The rest of the world will most likely not agree. And if you want to say some of the sec schools go up against some cake teams and that's how they get their wins...I'll agree but you also forget...not every game they play is against cake teams. Most of the ones TCU plays against are cake teams. Its why I also feel the Longhorns don't get enough credit either.Playing against Oklahoma and OSU and Tech every year...those are three games that are pretty much garanteed trouble.Plus if Mizzou is doing worth a damn...you have to factor them in as well. And those are usually ranked teams too. Then you have USC out there living the good life not playing much of anybody.Luckily a few teams have come along and handed them the ass whippin they need.
