think so...i know its official because the buyer said he was about to get the COA but didn't because it was $15...i've been to one of those and i know that after you get the autograph, they ask you if you want a COA. but i think its OMLB

In my opinion, JSA is as good of option as any!


However, if you do not ever plan on selling, and are sure it's legit, then there is no need for an COA. My Gooden RC I got auto'd in person has no COA nor will it ever. I know its real and it will never leave my collection...
