Discounted Target blaster

I was at my local Target today and ran across this marked down blaster.

it strikes me as incredibly depressing that there are so many pete rose autographs out there that targets have to discount them from $20 to get people to bite.

I mean, great for collectors (in a sense), since it gives us the chance to get his autograph cheaply, but there is something weird about thinking that all over america, there are these pete rose autos that require significant discounts to move.

One of my local Targets has been getting tons of discounted blasters in lately. No Rose, but I've picked up a 2012 Topps Chrome, 2012 Bow Chrome, 2 2012 Bowman, 2012 A&G (they had half a dozen or so), and a 2011 Lineage (got it for the GU, ended up being Mauer). I'd buy every Rose blaster I see for $12.99, that's a hell of a deal for a Rose collector like myself.

Wish we had a Target here. The Wally world here hardly ever discounts stuff. It still has some of those 2012 blasters with Topps and a couple packs of Heritage for 14.99 if they would mark some of them down a bit I would probably clean them out.

Thanks for the replies. I was pretty stoked to get it for that price. An auto from thay set usually sells for $10-15 from what I've seen. Not to be forgotten is the 50-card set. It's maybe $5-10 on eBay also. I was super thrilled to find it at that price.

Make sure those boxes aren't open. The Meijer here, someone slit the plastic on top & pulled all the autos out of the boxes.
