Do all BGS 10 cards come in this case?

Figured this was the best place to ask this....Do all cards graded BGS 10 come in this fleece type holder? This is my first and only BGS 10 I've owned.

Normally it has a wax seal in a velvet pouch.

Thank you very much...just never saw one of these before. Now I want some for my 9.5's :lol: ....seems like better protection against scratches.

I got a BGS 10 a month ago and it came just like any other card
