Do any baseball card desings work with bandaids?

I have a shiny bandaid of Musial which I wish to use as a cut auto.
I know shiny bandaids SUCK, and even worse for vintage guys, but has anyone seen a shiny bandaid on a card design of a vintage guy that doesn't look TOO HORRIFIC?

This one wouldn't look too bad if they'd actually got the auto to fit..

I think if you can make the card thicker and "shadowbox" the sticker, it'll look really good.

I thought 2003 UD PP and 2004 UD SP didn't look bad.

I may be in the minority, but i think some of the sterling releases work just fine.

Yeah I think recessed areas work well on many occasions myself.

There are so many ways to design a card that many really do look great, just like with cut autos.
