If a buyer takes over seven days to pay and you have to file a claim to get them to pay, do you still leave them positive feedback or say forget it?

In my opinion only if they give you a valid explanation on why it took so long. If the only thought you have are negative I would just leave it alone and move on. If the guy ends up e-mailing you later on to leave feedback, to save a possible negative and pointless aggravation, I would just leave a positive in the form of "Thanks" Or "Payment received". I usually just leave feedback no matter what as people now a days get a little sensitive on any small issue, even on something as small as leaving feedback.
