Yep, that is awful. I just reported it & hope others will as well. (Prohibited > Offensive & potentially offensive items > Items produced by or linked to disastrous or tragic events)

Wouldn't that technically make all of his cards against ebay rules, since they are linked to his tragic death? Not saying I think they are, just thinking aloud.

the cards are just cards, same before he died & after he died. the website was made for the sole purpose of profiting from a tragic event

It is in the "offensive & potentially offensive items" category. I don't think football cards would fall into this category.
