Do you think Jim Morris used steroids?

I just watched "The Rookie" for the millionth time (it always gets to me). Anyway I was just thinking about this. The story is so improbable, do you think that Morris used steroids that helped him make it to the Majors?

Its a definite possibility just with his age and how good of shape he was in but i doubt he did, well atleast i dont want to believe he did cuz it would ruin the story

I never looked into it, but I would doubt it regardless of the circumstances.
