I hope nobody is dumb enough to send this seller money but I am sure someone is out there that will do just that. It is slabbed but I don't think there is any coincidence that the whole item is not shown in the provided picture and the BIN price is absurdly low.

It doesn't look to be, as there is a glare on the left hand side of the card from the sleeve that BGS uses.
