Made a deal with him about two weeks ago. Felt like something was up with him but other people seem to have made fine deals with him. Now he hasn't logged on since Thursday and no signs of my item. He kept saying he would email the DC number.

EDIT: He sent me a fake refund which bounced from his bank, this kid is bad news:

Funny thing was the bat he sold you, was sold to me, and he never told me anything else, just never followed through. I'd file a paypal claim asap. This guy is a scumbag.

All you have to do is file a claim saying your item hasn't been received. If he doesn't enter a DC number that shows its delivered, you will get your money back.

Did a little research using email. Found three matches on the White Pages. Will be looking to see if any members here got an address so I can know which one it is.

Also I did file a paypal claim, though if there is no money in his account I won't get a dime out of it.

I hope everyone didn't give this guy too much money because it looks like we have been scammed. I looked up the phone number and gave a call. The guy who answered said that no one by the name of Steve lived there. Hmmm. Here is the contact info that I sent my money order to along with the white pages info.
