Does anybody know what this Auto is from?

I looked on Beckett and could not figure it out...there is a base card but no Auto listed, it has a serial / authentication number on the back...The Upper Right Corner says...Ken Griffey Jr Hot List

Do you have a scan of the back?

It is most likely an IP autograph that was later authenticated, or potentially from a private signing. Either way, I don't believe it is a pack certified auto.

Is an In Person auto with some hologram on the back. Only value it has is to the person who got it, if the auto is indeed legit.

This looks like one of those Mike Guiterrez(sp?) certified autos that one finds in those variety tins at Target. I had a Roberto Alomar auto with a certified sticker similar to it. Pretty worthless.
