where did you get that info from? There are 3 PSA 9's and 3 PSA 10's, total 6 pop.

They do, but starting at 8.5 and going down. Once it gets higher it's only 9 and 10. There are no 9.5's.

not over 9's.... 8.5 is the highest ".5" grade you can get

It really only affects the vintage guys, for them the PSA resub program is a revolving door.
