Yes, they have been talking about it on the M's/O's game.. I think they said he will be in Tacoma this week..

RHP Brandon Morrow(notes) will be sent down to Class AAA Tacoma later this week, at which point he will go from relieving to starting. Manager Don Wakamatsu said Morrow would be recalled when he showed he was ready to join the rotation and not before then. Morrow said he had been “too hasty” in wanting to pitch relief when the bullpen—now a strength of the club—looked shaky this spring.

Morrow was the one that went to the coaching staff and said he changed his mind. He has good stuff, he just had to learn how to control it.
