It’s a consigned item. He may not have questioned it. As a consigner dealing in thousands of items you can’t see everything.

that's his built in excuse. Stores all over the world are held to be accountable to selling authentic goods. Can Target sell counterfeit legos? He or his staff sure as **** know that card is fake. And if you contact him about it he'll simply ignore it.

I contacted them over serious shilling complete with screenshots of the shilling accounts and the auctions and his response was (I quote, literally) "better contact ebay and take it up with them" This was 6 Schmidt cards that two separate 0 accounts with 100% bidding on probstein bid only on those 6 cards with less than 1 minute left. I tracked them after the sales and they never bid again. Go figure. He didn't give one single ****.
