I'm pretty much happy with the final price I ended up getting, but the guy with private feedback throws up two bids of XX.99 and XX.90 which just makes me wonder. If you're actually trying to win the auction, I'm not really sure why you would be submitting bids like that.


Not really complaining or anything because it's only 5 bucks and I still got a great price on a red ref of a solid prospect but just wondering what you guys think.

It definitely looks suspicious. I have never seen an id with so many bid retractions. 524 in the last 6 months is insane!!!

I sent a little report thing to ebay. Not that I expect them to do anything for me but hopefully they'll check it out and take action if they determine that it was indeed shilling.

they might do something. They are actually getting better at cleaning up questionable situations. I called ebay about the mantle sale posted in a thread this afternoon and they put an automatic hold on the sellers account so that when the buyer pays the money will not be avail. to the seller till the buyer leaves feedback.
