Good morning all,
When going through my old Kenosha Twins (1984-1992 Midwest League affiliate of the big league Twins) memorabilia recently, I came across a 1989 Kenosha Twins team picture. In that team picture is Don Baylor. In doing research on the web, everything I have found states that he was with the Brewers organization in 1989. This team picture I believe was a giveaway at a 1989 Kenosha Twins game. My question is how did he end up in this picture? I don't think I've heard of too many instances where a person is employed by one team, but helps out another team. The picture was also taken in Kenosha, Wisconsin, as Simmons Field is in the background (the picture is not handy right now-I apologize for not having a scan of it). I know Don played for a short while for the Twins at the end of his career, but Oakland was the last team he played with in 1988. Any help anyone could give me on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
