Not trying to hate but the #3 overall pick from the previous draft should win that award in his sleep. It's the Padres Instructional League. I definitely see it as encouragement for the kid and am glad that he has packed back on some pounds and looked healthy but he has to stay that way for a full season to really be "back" imo.
