Can you do a Hak Ju Lee, 2010 with Peoria on it (not Cubs or Rays) as he played for the Peoria Cheifs 2010 season

Your work is amazing!!! Would it be possible to do either of these Bradley Jr. pictures using the 2010 format? If you don't have time that is totally cool. What program are you using to make these?
