Donruss / Panini customer service....any experiences?

I have several Jordan Danks redemptions submitted, I received 2 yesterday. One was a base /254 auto, no problem. The other was an Asp die cut /25 and I received a Christian Friedrich letterman auto /270. I hope it is an error and not a replacement, because that would suck! It is a threads #183 instead of Elite Danks #183, since it is the same # I assume it's a mistake, but with only 25 made, I hope it wasn't shipped to the wrong person.

I am not ready to rant on Donruss, just curious if anyone has feedback about what to expect dealing with them. They closed the request, so I called and left voicemail since they don't answer.

The thing I am even more worried about is I have an Elite Status Black 1/1 of Danks I'm waiting on, wish that would have gotten filled first!

I haven't had to deal with Donruss customer service in a few years, but back when I did Natalie Rose was the person I remember dealing with and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to help.

Out of all the card companies, I think Donruss has above and beyond the best customer service. I am sure they will help you out.

Best I have dealt with.

Recently pulled a damaged /50 jsy card from 05 DK, they replaced it with a /10 despite it being a 4 year old product
