Don't get WWE burying KENTA already.

They had The Ascension come out in the newest NXT episode and beat down Kenta.

I know they got into it at Takeover, but everyone knows that Ascension dropping the belts means that they are going to be on the main roster soon, so why have them start a fued with Hideo?

It looks to me like WWE is saying "that'll teach you to become a huge star outside of here."

They are making Ascension into bigger heels since Kenta is a huge star already

Plus, like you said, they will be dropping the belts so they will inevitably lose to Kenta and whoever

My thoughts were they would beat him down a couple times but then they will put him over before they get the call up. Accomplishes both the Ascension becoming bigger heels and Kenta having an easier time winning over the American fans that might not know much about him.

I think we are WAY over analyzing this. In a month, will you remember that Kenta got his ass beat? When he's on the main roster, will you remember?
