Didn't see Brian Ragira to the Giants. Won't have to move very far.

It's a bit late but I just found out that Hunter Dozier (#8 overall) played for my NWL team last year.

I knew that name was familiar but I just assumed it was because of his last name.

I like Tim Anderson for the White Sox, they don't exactly have a glut of athletic toolsy guys in their organization. Looks like Tyler Danish is a reach from reading top 100 lists but who knows. Last time they took a kid with great stuff and a weird delivery he panned out pretty well.

Really? That is all that Kenny drafts (keenyn walker, Jared Mitchell, Courtney Hawkins among many others) so 4 out of 5 years now, they just never pan out. I bet one of my good buddies, that is a monster white sox fan, that Kenny would draft an african amerian, toolsy, fast player in the first round. Easiest money I have made in a while.

My stash of Jon Denney Under Armour cards would personally like to thank the Boston Red Sox for grabbing him in the 3rd.
Who is he, JP? I assume if you have a stash of his cards he must have some potential....

From BA:

Denney established himself as a potential first-round pick with his performance on the showcase circuit last summer, highlighted by a 431-foot homer at the Area Code Games and a 2-for-3 day with a double at the Under Armour All-American Game. Denney’s calling card is his righthanded power, which he generates with quality bat speed and strength. He may have to tone down his aggressive approach when he faces better pitching in college (he’s an Arkansas recruit) or pro ball, however. The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder should provide enough offense to profile at first base if he can’t stick at catcher, but that shouldn’t be an issue. Denney has solid arm strength, though he needs to refine his footwork to get the most out of his throws. He has the hands to be an effective receiver and moves well behind the plate. Denney’s bat speed and stock were down a little, but he still has a good chance to become just the second Oklahoma high school catcher taken in the first round, after Darrell Porter was the No. 4 overall choice in 1970.

Many thanks. I do like them power hitters with good bat speed. Doesn't sound like he will stick at C, but he would be blocked there anyways and we don't really have a future 1B. (Well, we might the way that Mr. Carp has been playing recently)

Any surprises that are still out there after 10 rounds ? My hoard of '09 is still there (Vanegas) and I see Okey is still out there as well.

Also, looking at the Twins draft, not sure why they passed on Denney for another catcher, then drafted one or two more ...
