I bought the Markakis for the same $54.99. The seller listed about six w/ the same $54.99 BIN by mistake. He refunded my $ and I left + feedback, but he said some of the other buyers were giving him hell. I guess the worst that will happen is he'll get a neg or two, unless a buyer want to sue them for what they could have profited if they received the card and resold.
