I wish I knew what happened to my copy of this card. I should probably buy another. Framing it isn't a bad idea, it's display worthy.

I remember reading that the early duplex process wasn't compatible with foil stamping, which is why Olerud's 1994 Pinnacle Museum parallel does not have the foil stamping that on it that the base card has denoting him as the 1993 batting champ.

One of my favorite technologies of all time. I'm pretty sure it's Dufex not Duflex (someone else used that word in another thread today too) ? Anyway some of the cards posted look great. That Griffey framed up looks awesome!

My favorite didn't make it into production, but it's glorious.

I'll add this sample to go with your card. The previous post is correct it is Dufex not Duflex. If I knew how to edit the title of this post I would make the correction.

1997 Pinnacle Field of Vision Sample. This card is huge and will not fit on a scanner so I had to use a camera, thus the tilt and poor image.

I never really thought of the UD and Pinnacle Certified as true dufex. That 94 Pinnacle parallel set was one of the best because of the way they did the design radiating from the logo. Some cards sucked, like the ones with large portrait like photos but the action shots were really cool.
