Early Michael Jordan autograph expert?

I am currently considering picking up a 1981-82 UNC Tar Heels signed poster/schedule signed by all of the players...including a vintage Jordan signature. Like many players, Jordan's early signature was drastically different than it was in the NBA and I don't doubt the validity of the autograph.

The poster is not signed by the coaches, so no Dean Smith or Roy Williams.

An item like this would probably do a lot better in an auction house auction rather than eBay, but I'm just curious if anyone here knows.

Any help on fair offer, or realistic auction value would be great. I'm obviously looking for realistic values here...I don't want to over spend, or rip the owner off.

All kinds of signed stuff at Laney High School (where he attended HS). I can see the school off my deck (walking distance). I can get some pictures if you like. Most of the stuff was signed while he attended UNC. Can't help you with the value ,but I can get some pictures of early auto's for ya.
