You guys are ridiculous. You really are. The guy has 2,100+ items listed....he is MAYBE human.....maybe in his turbo lister he forgot to check the inventory......blow up his rating for a human error? Please don't buy any items from me.
No what's ridiculous is the guy that has daily ebay problems piping in. The seller did not list it twice, he listed it once and messed up by putting in the wrong amount for his BIN. Seller's remorse pure and simple, he deserve's a negative for that. Maybe had he manned up and tried to work out a deal after confessing his mistake would a negative not be warranted.

LOL, dude get off your high horse.

MAYBE the guy listed it on August 1st, then accidently listed it again September 1st.......due to ebay's search history there is NO WAY to look it up if it is past 2 weeks. Someone who lists OLD cards (not 2009) and lists 2100+ of them at a time should receive the benefit of the doubt is what I am saying.

You will be eating crow when he says "here is the transaction # from May 15th" and look like a retard.

i think you are reading this wrong. by saying it was listed twice, he is trying to play it off as a turbolister issue...i doubt he sold it last month and then ran the auction again.

Hey stupid, it was July 19th ;)

Since it did happen, that changes everything. It's a mistake that I'd forgive since he was prompt on issuing a refund.

Dummy read the thread ::facepalm:: I used May 15th as an example that was OVER 15 days before it was discovered.

I guess you didn't get the memo that " ;) " means somebody is being sarcastic, sardonic, or joking with you. If I can find my old copy, I'll FWD it to you.

So why did it get listed again over 1 1/2 months later, as a BIN instead of
an auction, and with a completely different scan?

I am going to go on a limb and say the human factor snuck in there and out of 2000+ items he has listed he probably has 3000 scans.

Freaking humans

That is weird that it's a different scan.

Yeah, not the end of the world. Question is, what the hell do I do now?
My eBay summary now shows that I need to pay for 1 item. I know it has no affect
on my account, but I am very particular when it comes to **** like that, to the
point that it will bother me every time I log in. Is there a way to get rid of it?

Heres the story  ! I won the card and paid a week later, because I work out of state a lot I do not check my mail often (1 reason I have month maildays and Late scans :| ). When I get home from my trips I end up having a ton of packages and usually open them up to make sure the cards are in good shape and then spend the next few days running errands and paying bills Ect. Ect. Basically getting caught up. Well lately we have been on the road a lot and have been home for only 2-3 days every 2 weeks for the last few months and last week I was finally able to match cards with sellers. Thats when I noticed the Dawson had not arrived. I then e-mailed the seller and he took a few days but finally got back to me yesterday and told me he was sorry and found the card and he shipped it Today. That is why there is not feedback for it. I am sorry for the mix up and Yes that is a good price compared to what I paid :o . I do not normally collect Dawson but there were five cards I wanted of him, A nice Patch, A 1/1, A nickname auto, A jumbo Patch and an on-card auto. The only one left is the Nice regular size patch. Im just picking up a few things before he hit the hall :) . For all accounts the seller has been (With me) Very professional and very nice. Im not sure what you are going to do but I hope my story helps a little to clear up any holes in his story. Good luck.

Totally insane situation.
qft

but, my questions about inconsistencies remain.

1. completely different scan
2. different selling format
3. correct item description
