Ebay and negative feedback

Is there a way to change the amount of feedback from a buyer to bid or buy a card from a ebay store? I just got my 3rd negative feedback out of 3777, and all of them have been below 10! Doesnt seem worth it

There's an option to block all bidders with overall negative feedback of -1 or lower (which is moot, since sellers can't leave a negative anymore). There are no other options, aside from blocking individual bidders.

I wonder if you can just put in your auction that you must have (10) fb to bid, and manually cancel the bids if they don't meet the requirement?
