Bidder to block. At least he was being honest, still get a block though cause you don't submit a best offer without first checking to see if you can pay for it.

For what it's worth - after everyone responded negatively, the OP admitted he was wrong and said he was not going to do it anymore. He seems like a decent guy IMO.

Here is one to forsure block. Sold an xander Bogaerts gold ref auto after he hit the hot list. Card was nrmt-mt for sure. Get a message from buyer today asking to return the item for a full refund, rather not deal with having to come up with 300.00, so i said i would give a full refund. Say he does not want the card because "he grades cards" and that it wont get the grade he wants. Block this guy for sure.

I was selling Golden Giveaway codes and this guy purchased 3 lots of 10 codes. I emailed the first 2 without any problems. After he ordered the 3rd lot, he said to throw in a few free codes since he had purchased the other lots (no one was forcing him). I replied saying I don't give handouts and he said he was "only kidding" and would not be purchasing anymore from me. On the last feedback, he left all 1 star DSR's which brought me to the edge of the Top Seller threshold.

I wish it was that easy - with the current structure, I have yet to see a seller win a Paypal case against a buyer in regards to the item not being as described. I just issue a refund, block the buyer and move on. If you want to be get the top rated seller discount when selling cards, you have to allow for returns within 14 days - those returns can be for any reason.
I can pm you my ebay blocked list. Its quite comprehensive.

colbytosidney is kind of a jerk. He posted dozens of cards, each at a $4.99 starting bid. I asked him if he would sell me one of his patch cards as a buy-it-now for about $20. He wrote me back and said he doesn't believe in ending auctions early. I checked on the card a couple minutes later and he suddenly had jacked the starting price up by 500% to $29.99. It was just on the one card I asked about too. He left the rest of his cards at their initial $4.99 starting bid. What an A-hole!
