There was a promotion where if you had Windows 7 and IE 9, you could get an extra 8% eBay bucks. My computer doesn't have Windows 7, but I had to get it repaired and ended up buying my mom a new laptop, so I used hers while mine was getting fixed. I also just happened to make a $2k purchase during that time, and got an extra $186+ in eBay Bucks overall from the promotion.
