At least you guys have a chance to earn them. They dont allow Ebay bucks for Canadians so I dont get them for buying or selling.

For me, it showed up in the promo ads listed on the right side of the "Start Selling" screen. It starts today and ends 12/16 with the money being deposited by 12/23. Sounds like a good deal, and didn't have any big restrictions. No auto or equipment sales, and it starts on items listing starting today.

The timing works out well for me. I've sold alot lately but took a week off and was waiting to do some listing ending after Black Friday on some non-cards "stuff". And I just started going thru Dad's stuff and selling some stuff for friends.

Maybe eBay realizes they need to reward sellers more to make up for the recent policy changes.
