Seller's Beware!!!! Another of eBay's Finest! Wins an item and decides to not pay within the 7 days allowed by eBay. I file a non-paying bidder alert and after a few days I get a message from him about how rude that was for me to do that and he always pays for his items. Then I received another rude message from him about removing the strike from his account. He then proceeds to leave 1 Star in every category on my DSR's. If you have ever bought from me you know that I am quick to ship and every item is very securely package. The item even arrived to him 2 days after he finally paid. As a Top Rated Seller, I don't need to deal with childish behavior that can impact my bottom line. So do as you will, but if you don't want to deal with garbage like this BLOCK HIM!!!!!

Thanks. Rob

Sorry to hear that Rob. Some buyers are just morons. I recenty won a couple of Seth Schwindenhammer cards from you and they arrived yesterday. Needless to say you got all 5 stars from me. Thanks for the great transaction!

Thanks guys! It's amazing what hoops eBay makes sellers jump through. The make the good sellers suffer, especially when the buyer who doesn't pay or doesn't pay in a timely manner is the one that is wrong. It's always the guys that spend a dollar or two that seem to always have a gripe. ;)

I agree, I hate people that don't pay quickly...with that being send, did you resend an invoice a few days after the auction or prior to filing the NPB?

Especially with the amount of non-payers nowadays, I think it's very appropriate to resend an invoice after a few days of non-payment. Sometimes one just slips by on a buyer that he forgets to pay.

It may not be the reason in this case...but it does happen.

If it has been 4-5 days and I have not received payments, I check to see if the buyer is selling anything If they are and the item is ending in a day or two, I am pretty sure the buyer is waiting to get paid on items before he pays me, and I patentially wait.

I send the first invoice after the sale. I wait a few days and send a reminder invoice. Then on day #7 I send a message via eBay that is a friendly reminder that all payments need to be made within 7 days. After that if no communication is made I file the NPB alert.

If that's the case, then I'd say you covered yourself enough.
