Ok he sent a dispute through paypal and it says i owe 103, help!

i don't even have paypal

all you can do rigth now is disconnect any private funds from PP and then fight the dispute. I'd make personal contact with Pay Pal over the phone and describe the situation. That message he sent you is evidence that the basis for his claim is fraudulant at best.
I am currently on hold waiting for an agent.

Also:
"I Observed Rough Edges On 2 Sides Of Item, Centering On Top & Bottom Were Not Consist With Description"

Umm the centering on my card is consistant with the rest of bowman sterling centering. That is just how the centering was and then he lies about the rough edges...he's just bitter.

did you describe the centering or anything about condition? If you just had a scan, then he can eat it.
Know i said it was in great condition which it was. Also the centering is the same as all the other sterlings.

Hive is correct in his take on this matter. IMO

I would also add not to describe the card's condition in future listings (if you did so in this one). Show several well scanned photos and let the buyer decide.

One man's Mint is another man's excellent.

A seller has very little recourse on Ebay now.

Good luck.
this is why i don't sell a lot on ebay anymore...grr maybe i'll only buy on ebay now.

Thankfully, I have never had to deal with Paypal or Ebay on the phone. If it was a rookie card you sold, the player may be in the HOF before you get to talk to a (somewhat) live person.

Was able to contact an agent and wasn't much helping say it was 10 days. But the fact that the guy said it was overpaid and suggesting it waas buyers remorse had an effect on her ;)

Hopefully that sways it to my side!

Good luck. Paypal sided with me in January when I sold a computer. I took tons of pics, mentioned any and all scratches, dings, scuff marks, etc. I also detailed my listing with what was shipped and wouldn't be shipped. The buyer receives the computer and immediately files a claim through Paypal because I didn't include any OS discs and they had no way to obtain them. I called Paypal, politely directed them to the listing, which in fact mentioned NO system discs and the buyer lost. They threatened a negative if I didn't refund them a small % so they could purchase the discs. Forwarded the message to eBay and never heard from the buyer again.

Sometimes, they do work out for sellers.

get the card back and resell it I guess.

No refund w/o the card if it can be helped. What a tool. I'd file a complaint with eBay itself, NOT pay pal. You never know, the CS person you talk to may see things differently if you make a stink.

Ya i'll re-observe the card. I swear it was literally perfect while carefully packaging it. I am 98% sure this is all buyers remorse as he never mentioned centering or edges until later in our argument. All he said was he thought he overpaid.

Sadly, not much you can do. Scumbags know how to take advantage of the system. However, I like to have fun with people like this, so if I were you, I'd get his contact info from eBay and call him up and see what he's like on the phone. It's a lot harder to lie on the phone than it is on an email.
