Ya I said it :oops: I have no clue how to request for fees back on an auction. Guy hits BIN and sends message that he didnt mean to hit BIN :(...oh well.. I have not sent him an invoice for the item.. how do I go abouts getting the fees back ?..do I do a no payment recived or reverse ?

thank you to anybody that can help

There's an option open a case and have the buyer mutually agree to cancel the transaction.

Just go to items sold and on that item will be a button that says "more actions".. Click it and it will say reslove problem and that will lead you in the direction. Like said, mutually agreeing to end the transaction will get you the fees refunded faster.

How do you not mean to hit a BIN when you have to click a box more than once to accept it?

Its just a buyer who bought without thinking. Its easier to just let it go and re-list then deal with someone like that.

You dont have to send them anything, They will get a message from ebay and they it will just say accept or deny the reuest to end the transaction.
