Agreed. If he's got a card you want, email him. He clearly makes deals off ebay...while against ebay policy, it happens all the time. This guy is hardly a "loser" just for that.

Sellers sometimes end auctions early, buyers sometimes don't pay. But as above the worst is definitely when the buyers pay and the sellers don't send. Half a transaction is worse than no transaction at all!

I don't see how someone is a "loser" for doing something they are allowed to do. Not happy with the price, take it down. It's no one's business but your own.
