Ebay on Tax returns?

I am wondering if anyone files ebay stuff on their tax returns?

nope, its a hobby. if the IRS wants to look at it like its a business, i will simply provide receipts for wax, & itll be a deduction if anything :lol: :lol:

I think the rule is you have to file them if ebay is your primary source of income. A lot of people were getting around paying taxes in the early days of ebay so they put this rule into effect.

Nope I never tell anyone I have sold anything on eBay, now I may tell them I sell at a lose all the time
and see if I can deduct it as a bad investment. :lol:
