How do I reach the Postal investigator? I spoke to someone yesterday, who took all the information and opened a case for me. Supposedly I am getting a call back today from them, but that is looking unlikely since I haven't heard anything yet.

They almost never call back in all my cases. Its pretty much a stall tactic, ask to speak to a supervisor or call his local PO who delivered it and ask to speak to as high as you can go. Do yourself a favor and do not stop calling them because they love to say they will call back. And sometimes they do, but its to say still nothing.

You need someone who will do something right away, not have you wait 45 days.

When you ship an item that is valued at $250, EBAY requires signature comfirmation whether you have insurance or not..

If you buy $250 worth of insurance, the person who the item was delivered to has to sign for it and it doesn't fill the requirement of EBAY..

I didn't realize that, what is the difference?
