I just won an item off ebay and i seen that it was double listed but i won the one that ended first. The one i won ended at 5 and the next one ended at 14. The guy sent me a request to cancel the transaction and is selling the card to the other guy, now do i deserve the card because i did bid on it and won the first card. Should i not accept the sellers request to cancel the transaction? Any help would be appreciated.

i know but should i neg him it seems pretty worthy of a neg you cant just pick and choose who you want to sell to.

Would it be ok to message the seller and tell him that if i do not receive the card i will be forced to leave a neg or is that considered threatening him.

I wrote this to him
I am sorry sir but no i will not accept your request to cancel transaction i bid on the one that ended first so i deserve the card you can't sell it to the other buyer just because that auction ended at a higher price. The one that ended first was the one that should be sold and you should cancel the transaction with the other buyer.

He just responded
While I can understand your theory, I do not agree with it. I am not sending you the card. You can cancel it or you can not. There are not two of the cards. its 5 bucks man.

im definitely negging him

I would contact eBay directly and explain the situation. It's possible they would suspend his account for double listing an item. Definitely don't cancel the transaction and leave the appropriate feedback.

I like the "it's only $5" comment. You could say the same thing to him (it's only $9...) but he comes off like the sort of ebayer who is NEVER wrong...at least in their world....

"It will not be reversed and im gonna contact ebay to make sure of it. Also I did pay and you refunded it."

he now writes
Ahhh that's right. You did pay. Thank you. Now I can leave negative feedback for you as well.
