Ebay question What's more important, description or picture?

So I bid and won this card

No where in the description does it say Diffractor.

If I don't get the diffractor version, should I be upset?

No matter what I paid for it, just asking the question.

What is more important, the Picture or the description.

And I know that there was a thread similar to this, but bear with me.

Always ask the seller a question before you place a bid. Some sellers use the same photo for their auctions.

I say description. How can you be upset when a card isn't what it didn't claim to be?

At 59 cents, it doesn't matter, but I am hoping to get the card pictured.

I say both. Some people don't read. Picture influence if the person going to click on ones auction or not (search show hundred result the nicer the pic the better chance it get look at). However, description give idea if there is something new, used, or bend etc....
